REPLACEMENTS & REFUNDS

  1. If a product is received and is in defective condition (Dead on Arrival) or damaged, the product will be replaced with a new one. The product must be shipped back to Tech Land with all original packaging and accessories, and serial numbers must remain undamaged.
  2. Upon receiving the product, we will conduct tests to determine if it is “Dead on Arrival” and inspect for any damages due to misuse or mishandling not covered under warranty. If the product is found defective, we will arrange a replacement directly from the brand. If a replacement is unavailable, we will suggest an alternative or offer a full refund. It is highly recommended to create an unboxing video of the product. Please inform us immediately upon receiving any defective or damaged goods.
  3. If a replacement unit is unavailable, the user may request a refund.
  4. Refund charges will be applicable for bKash, Rocket, Cards, POS, and Online payments.
  5. Additional fees such as EMI Charge, bKash charge, gateway charge, EFT charge, etc., are non-refundable.
  6. If the customer availed a cashback offer during purchase, it will be adjusted during the sales return of the product.

RETURNS

  1. Goods once sold cannot be returned or exchanged without a valid reason.
  2. In the case of online purchases, customers can return goods if they are not the same model or appear damaged from the outside.
  3. Used products cannot be returned.
