Terms and Conditions for Online Delivery within Dhaka:

• Only Cash On Delivery (COD) is available for online orders within Dhaka.
• Customers will receive their products within 3-5 business days of order confirmation.
• Delivery charges vary depending on the product and location. Free delivery is not applicable to all products.
• Our delivery partners (such as RedX, Pathao, ECourier) maintain their own terms and conditions.
• Home delivery does not allow customers to inspect the product upon delivery. However, customers may record an unboxing video. Please inform us immediately of any defective products upon receipt.

Terms and Conditions for Online Delivery outside Dhaka:

• For online orders outside Dhaka, delivery will be made via courier service, and full or partial payment may be required for booking the product.
• Customers will bear courier service charges and any conditional pre-payment charges.
• The delivery time and charges depend on the specific courier service and product differences.
• RA Computer & Printer Solution will not bear any responsibility for transportation-related damages during courier service.
• After booking the product for courier service, any responsibility lies with the customer. However, customers may collect booking numbers and relevant information from RA Computer & Printer Solution if desired.
• Customers must collect products sent via courier directly from their nearest courier service branch.
• Products ordered outside Dhaka are expected to be delivered within 10 days from the date of order confirmation.
